Amaranth's Future
Infrastructure and Road Safety
Increased flow of vehicular traffic through our township
Growing communities are all around us. Our rural roads demand high alertness. With vast stretches of pavement, changing seasonal conditions, and a mix of passenger vehicles and heavy agricultural equipment, our community faces unique travel hazards. I will work towards the goals of implementing practical infrastructure and slower speed areas where density is a concern. My goal is straightforward: to make sure everyone, from our farmers in the fields to our kids on the school bus, gets home safely every single day.
Community Engagement
Deliver Lasting Impact Through Participation
There is great opportunity to engage with our community at large. Our residents rely on organizations and services provided by in our neighbouring Townships and I believe that our collaboration with and support of these services is tantamount to our success. Being on both the Shelburne Public Library and the Centre Dufferin Recreation Centre boards has provided great insight into the power of partnerships with our neighbours and the need for the build and growth of Amaranth's own infrastructure to provide connection and community.

Sustainable Development
Grounded in growth. Sustaining rural roots.
Protecting our farmland, strengthening our local economies, and safeguarding our natural resources for generations to come. Sustainable development isn't about halting progress—it’s about growing smarter. The next four year term of council will see us through to 2030. Many new technological shifts are and will bring new challenges for us to consider. Coming from a technology background, I will ensure that our Council has a voice well tuned to the risks and hazards at hand.
Industry & Commercial Growth
Local, Nimble and Ready to Grow
Together, let's create an attractive environment for small businesses to thrive. Helping to build an Amaranth BIA and hub for local business owners and operators to connect, collaborate and support each other will invigorate local entrepreneurs and elevate an already strong foundation. Let's inspire growth and development from within our borders.
